oval buttons

has any kind person got a psd of a user cp etc in an oval shape they would like to share ?
I have tried with photoshop but with no luck not really art inclined,or if there is a tutorial for this I would apprciate a link etc,any help at all in fact is appreciated thank you

In Photoshop, if you press and hold the rectangular marquee tool that's on the toolbar, a sub-menu will appear, giving you an options for the oval select tool.
